I just figured that with more people posting, we would get more info, raise our community profile, and have lots of people begging to join! I can easily make certain sections of the site visible to ONLY our members, like the card swapping section. If we had random people there, we would probably never get our cards back from them.
Its up to Shaun, but i wanted to know what everyone thinks!
I'm planning on setting up a wiki/walkthrough for the quest section. I don't know about everyone else, but even after completing a section, I would keep wasting my time over and over trying to get every card available.
The problem with that is that I am now really far behind everyone else, and nearly every time I FINALLY get that silver ranked card, it turns out to be something I already had and didnt need or want. And if you have ever been trying to find a particular treasure, a filled out list would have been a HUGE help!
So for me, that is going to be my first priority.
And that's where some extra members would come in handy. But, I don't run the show, and have no desire to do so. My main strength is in playtesting, strategizing, and writing FAQs and guides, so I figured that would be a good place to start helping out at.
Of course, if there is a strategy or information that will help in an event or contest, that will go into the MEMBERS ONLY section.
Also, im not sure, but I think there is a way to keep our titles seperate from the public. (Forum titles)
Finally, one last bit of news.
For the time being, I am going to create a new access group, which all of our order's members will be added to. I have to do this manually, so if somehow i miss adding you to the list, please let me or Shaun know. (Im seeing how to give admin access to him as well) And once our numbers increase, and posting picks up to a decent degree, I will probably need to assign a couple of moderators. I will let you know if we need any.
