So can someone explain to me a bit about this event.
I'm assuming we don't have much cards for wall breaking, and my near 60k ATK deck does like roughly 1400 damage to the wall. Giving me about 30 or so points at most.
While attacking order leader gives about 60-70 points for attacking with same deck. For some reason points are given based on ATK cost of deck?
If all this is true, and I'm assuming it is until someone says otherwise. There's absolutely no point in going for the wall. Just take down DEF leader first then hammer away at the order leader.
By the way this event is even more stupid than the last one. :/

Taking down the wall grants a bonus to the points everyone earns, but all that appears is a castle which can endlessly attack. I suppose its ideal only if you have an opponent to strong.
But yes it does seem like they have made the walls to overpowered for this war.
So your idea sounds about right, take out the DEF leader also grants a small bonus to points earnt. Generally I go for the DEF leader but if there isn't one I go straight for the leader of the order, test him for because he will be worth the most

Volyren, message me when you get in and I can loan you Eris++. Just make sure I get it back afterwards. (And feel free to enhance it As for the walls, it seems like you can't regen them? So it might make more sense it do all your attacking the last day when the walls have been chipped away a lot. Or do the walls come back full force each fight?

Rivalyn, i agree that the walls seem pointless to attack. i have nobus maxed out. they cost 19atk pts, and have an attack power of over 12500 if the eris card is lower cost or higher atk, then, sure i wouldnt mind borrowing it (yeah, i will give it back) right now, ive set up decks of nobus. try setting MULTIPLE DECKS. i list my decks like so: 3 nobu (57) 3 nobunagas, 57 atk points and 2 nobu (38) 2 nobunagas, 38 atk points.
Then my all out atk deck, Resistance is Futile 4 Nobunagas, 1 Odysseus - 98 atk points. the leaders of some groups only take my 2 nobu deck, allowing me to slam them 3 times in a row.
Look at your opponents Def score. If it is fairly low, then dont overdo it. you will get the same pts if you beat them with a toothpick as you will beating them with a thermonuclear bomb. (I assume)
Since my phone crashes after every attack i make, its hard for me to see how i am doing. normally, i look for a pattern, make a few hypotheses, and test out my assumptions until arriving at an ultimate conclusion. thats nearly impossible for me, due to the crashing bug. add on top of that that currently i am battling some mind blowing agonizing pain, and its really hard for me to concentrate. I bit into a very hard piece of bread on a dominos italian sub, and cracked my right front bottom molar. its cracked in half, down to the root, and now its apparently infected, and i have an abcess. i would not wish this pain even on osama bin deadforawhilenow. Ive taken advil, lortab, methadone, oragel, novacaine, used a syringe to INJECT some neosporin into my cracked tooth, hoping to help the infection, and despite all of that stuff (yeah prescribed to me, but for back pain) the only releif i have been able to get comes from Djarum Black clove ciggarettes. The cigs taste like cinnamon when you lick your lips, but the clove smoke has a numbing effect. When i was in middle school, i remeber my mom giving me some clove cigs (which is what actually got me started smoking, sadly) which she said her dentist has prescribed for her for tooth and gum pain. I never believed her until yesterday. Pain medication does not get much stronger than methadone, which is essentially synthetic heroin. But those clove cigs have worked more on my pain than anything ive taken. Anyway, i dont wanna change the subject too much, just trying to let everyone know whats up.
Good luck to us all on the holy wars!

Rivalyn, walls start at full each new fight.
Volyren, attacking with 3 Nobungas should give you more points than attacking with 2. Points are determined by a number of factors. First and furthermost the deck, stronger deck gives more points. Secondly how strong your opponent is. Thirdly the defenders rank and lastly is the wall destroyed. I'm also pretty sure how many times someone has been attacked factors in.
Having the wall destroyed gives alot of extra points but destroying the wall without wall breakers is completely pointless, unless it's a weak wall that is.

Yeah, i can verify that stronger decks give more points, BUT... This has NOTHING to do with atk power, or atk cost. its the RARITY. It even says so if you read near the bottom of one of the pages. but even so, if i use an all out attack, then im left with so few atk points left, i cant make a serious enough attack on any but the weakest order members. im working on balancing my rarest cards into a half price deck so to speak. That way i can get two great attacks, instead of just one undefendable monster über-attack!

I meant Eris for your defense Voly.
Also, anyone have a wall attack card? Curious how much bonus it does in case I should trade for one.

I might be able to buy a couple of booster boxes tonight and hopefully get one. It just depends on when my deposit hits the bank. However, last time around, on the giants event, i got 2 (yeah TWO) Odysseus, which was the giant killer event card. it supposedly doubled my attack power against cyclops, but it only activated half the time, and the added attack seemed to be more like an additional 75%, than a full 100%. mobage events all seem to go the same way. The event cards here will probably double your damage to walls, which still wont make it worth attacking them, except to insure you get points for your leftover atk.

On the forums, someone said he went from 1700 damage to walls to 2500 damage to walls with a level 1 Ares, so nope, not worth it. Not unless you plan on hitting it 20 times.
I bought two boxes last night and got jack. One high rare paladin, couple rares, and the rest crap. Boo.
We really need more participation out of the guild. I think the new MotD should say, if you're not registered on the forums, you're out!

I would like to see more activity too, but forcing ppl to head to the forums would be kinda bad. I AM however, all for booting ppl who have left the game. We need to make a list of suspected dormant accounts. write down their name, level, and number of cards. check each day for a week, and if they arent changing, time to go.

Hi guys,
Based on what I read in forums, it seems that cards that are non-Master Gunner, Ares, (demon equivalent) will do less than normal damage to walls if they don't have the skill. This is why people are now hoarding the wallbreaker cards.
If walls are down, holy points gained double I think. But in the last war, I note we usually bashed the members anyway.

Last time we barely broke higher than 50/50 on win/loss ratio. the reason was that we were filled with inactive members. hopefully we will do better this time with the new blood. i can, however, understand why people become disillusioned with this beastly horror of a game. there is no way to win, outside of being rich or hacking. its not even a real card game. We are just collecting pictures of anime boobs. most importantly, ITS NOT FUN. Its just boring/grinding/pointless. there is only one reason that I have continued wasting my time on this game that i have come to despise. GOOD PEOPLE. you guys (and gals). and if the time comes when i just cannot bear this game any longer, rather than just quitting, i will raffle off my cards to our regular members and give a bit of notice so that i dont leave us shorthanded during an event.
